MAMAMI Matcha Premium 80g comes from the finest tencha leaves from the Uji region, shaded 4 weeks before harvesting to booster their L-theanine content. Ground on granite stone using the traditional method, this ceremonial grade matcha (A1) develops a velvety texture and intense umami. Its vibrant jade color and complex vegetal aroma reveal an exceptional EGCg content (138mg/g). Packaged in an airtight tin with bamboo measuring spoon.
Dosage: 1g (1/2 spoon) for 70ml water at 80°C. Whip in a "W" pattern with a chasen until a smooth froth forms. Enjoy on its own or as a latté with almond milk. Keep refrigerated after opening. Spring harvest 2023.
