Shipping of your parcel
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your items in one order. We cannot consolidate two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped to your own risks, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Customs and VAT charges
Our prices are shown in Euros HORS TAXE. If one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental, were to be created or amended upwards and downwards, this change may be impacted on the selling price of our catalogues and sales documents. They are guaranteed subject to quote or printing error.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not within the purview of the Seller. They will be in charge of the buyer and are responsible for it (declarations, payment to the competent and concerned authorities, etc.). The Seller therefore invites the buyer to obtain information on these aspects from the relevant local authorities. The telecommunications costs required to access the Company’s websites are borne by the Customer.
