Direction of employment
- Tear the packaging (BackHeat heats gradually in 5 minutes in contact with the air).
- Take off and paste using one of the three methods:
- For maximum heat, stick on the skin. Be careful if you have sensitive skin.
- For moderate heat, stick on the underside of your clothes.
- For the least heat, stick on top of your clothes.
- Remove the product every hour and let the skin rest. Change the method of use or remove the product immediately if it becomes too hot.
Contraindications and precautions
- Do not use during sleep.
- Do not exert additional pressure or use a tight belt on the product.
- Check the skin frequently during use. Remove the product immediately in case of irritation or burning.
- Do not use on damaged, desensitized, sensitive, jelly, dies or swollen skin.
- Do not use in combination with creams, waves or other heating products.
- Do not use on people unable to follow the instructions or remove the product, including infants, young children and some elderly.
- Remove the product before undergoing any MRI or X-ray procedure.
