Origin and Culture
The blackberry, close to the raspberry, grows on biannual raspberries of the genus Rubus, recognisable by their thorny stems. The fruits, black or purple red, are not true berries but aggregates of drupeoles. Unlike raspberries, blackberries remain attached to a juicy heart when picked.
Employment mode
Add 1 to 5 tablespoons, or 2 to 6% of the total weight, depending on your needs. Mix in water, smoothies, drinks, or blend in desserts, pastries, or sauces. (According to personal preferences)
